Ours was somewhere between $2000-$3000 pesos. Can't remember exactly. Another friend recently paid $2000 pesos for theirs to be done.

rental

Well Michelle,
I am still trying to get comfortable here in Mexico . I spent a couple months upon arrival in Cancun ( pto. juarez) beautiful water view , but just to hard to get around from that far out with a car. ( left my car in the states for now til i know wether im staying or going ) And everyday that changes ..... Anyway, then rediscovered Playa and moved here about 3 weeks ago. Down towards coco beach area. Its to small of a place and too closed in feeling .. So I have rented a huge 2bedroom n 2 bath and fairly modern condo near walmart and its costing $8,000 pesos no furniture .. I have plenty of big windows and a extra bed and bath now.. And just few blocks from beach and the ave, SO , I hope to settle in there nicely ... and get over my daily routine of ---im going home -- then im staying.. haha

I think it depends, I paid 700 for the contract in Notaria #25 in Playa del Carmen (not sure if it was that one, Need to confirm notaria number).
We took 3 copies already printed, I am not sure they are charging you for making the whole contract for you.

But going to find out now if I have a option to do so , to save myself some money .
