Both UPS & Fedex serve Mexico. I'm not sure if they pick up in PdC. If you look on their websites or call their international customer service numbers, maybe they can tell you.
I have ordered soccer jerseys from Mexico, and the company I bought them from in the DF used Airborne. But Airborne's agent in Mexico goes under a different name. Estafeta, I think.
