need hotel advice, first time to playa...

Hello,
I'm traveling with my husband and my child (3 yr old) to Playa in January, I got a list of hotels, please let me know if you have any advice about of them, I don't know very much about the places, I made the list from trip advisor.
Hotels: Playa Palms hotel, Aventura Mexicana Hotel, Riviera del sol hotel, Kinbe hotel and Riviera Caribe Maya.

Hey elvo, of the hotels you listed Playa Palms is right on the beach. If that is important, then I would stay there. They look pretty nice. Personally, I wouldn't stay at Kinbe, nicer places around for the same money. Adventura Mex. is a really nice place to stay, but a 10min walk to the beach. The other 2 places are also nice and have a pool, but again, a little bit of a walk to the beach.

Riviera del Sol is nice. Short walk to the beach. Right at the road to Mamitas Beach Club. Check the trip planning tab on this site. Many more nice small hotels there.
