Suggestions for a Bachelor's party

Hola, amigos. I'm a new member of playa.info as of today.
My son is getting married in Playa on November 10th, and I'm planning a bachelor's party for a few days before that day. Any suggestions as to places to go, and the type of business arrangement I can make for an "open bar" (there'll be 22 men, mostly in their late 20's and early 30's, and I'm footing the bill)?
