Recs like La Cueva del Chango
Can't seem to post in the food forum, figured I'd try here...
We're returning to paradise for the third time, in December, we'll be staying in Xpu-ha. Can't wait! I am trying to narrow down dining options. Last year, someone here recommended La Cueva del Chango. We loved it and couldn't get enough, I think we went back 4 more times before heading home. We will definitely go back this trip, but I am also interested to hear about any other restaurants equally as good, charming, etc. We'll have a rental, so getting around is no problem. Would consider anything in or around Playa. Thanks! |

We love to eat at Babes & Carboncitos (that goes without saying) ...Also had lunch at Karma Bagel which was good. Ate at La Palapa Hemingway & was not blown away but other people like it.
Bip Bip was yummy too...Had good Lasagna of all things... Great lunch at Playa Maya! ![]()
