Best unit at Playa Kaan?? or El Taj?

Hi. We're looking for a nice penthouse unit with pool near the Deseo area for a week in January. We stayed in the Deseo, pre-kids, five years ago and loved it!
Playa Kaan looks great. Has anyone stayed in the penthouses. I found some great ones on vimexcondos.com, PK29, PK23 and PK24... .Any experiences?
I need a place with two bedrooms and a nice pool for the kids..

I also found El Taj Apartments, but can't find any info onthe rental company rockstarrentals.com... Any experiences here??
