We stayed Sept 29 to Oct 8th, our 5th trip to the Barcelo Complex. We love the place so much I think that is it for us, we are just going to keep going to Barcelo.
We cant seem to find anywere we like better, and we cant find anywere that beats the food at Barcelo. The buffets are excellent as are the alacartes.
Everytime we go we like it even more.

No Tappy I am not doing a report, I love the place so I think that covers everything. I hope you liked my pictures. We are all going Oct 11 next year if you want to come and join us.

Great pics, the resorts is looking very lush with all the palm trees and plants/flowers.

I love the octopus bread thingy (ha) !!!

I am getting the urge to visit again, maybe this summer we will go back to the B. !!!

great pics,
ok i have to ask. where else have you stayed? we feel the same way about the riu palace for adult trip. but we loved th ib* tucan and the riu yucatan , we didnt like the palladium and would not return. next trip adults only to the royal.
just curious if you stayed at any of the above resorts. the reason i ask is , we are thinking of barcelo for the family trip. thanks

Actually it was the RIU Tequila we did not like, too small we would not stay in any RIU in Playa as long as Barcelo is there.
I would pick Palladium over the RIU if I was given a choice.
We just perfer the big resort, and we are always at home at Barcelo. Its just our resort of choice. You have to go where you like, may it be an RIU or an Iberosatar..

I would be happy at Barcelo as a family or a couple, we have done both.
