Just got back from staying 2 weeks at the Hotel Colibri, right next door to the Costa del Mar. The noise from the Blue Parrot bar goes to about 12:30 a.m. most nights. We were able to mask it by turning up our air conditioning but if you like to turn in early then you should probably stay farther away. I noticed that the Tropical Casablanca's posted rates were 500 pesos fan and 600 pesos a/c.
