Real Estate Market in Playa

I was wondering if anyone could give me some input on what the real estate market conditions are like down there now. Are things slowing down at all? I'm interested in investing in the Kor group's Tides property, but am a bit concerned about spillover from the subprime fallout here in the States. Are prices still increasing down there? I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks!

That being said, the market down here is as hot as ever. Our buyers do not seem to be affected by the sub-prime debacle at all. Sales are very strong!!
