He had a great guest appearance on The Simpsons, Bart hijacked him to appear at Bart's Playboy Mansion/Treehouse.
It was fun to see him have such a good sense of humor about himself.

I have fond memories of him in Brigadoon on TV. Loved that performance. He was a wonderful performer.

Camelot with Richard Burton as Arthur, Julie Andrews as Guinevere, and Robert Goulet as Lancelot. Classic. Never done better.(I will admit though, the Richard Harris version was a close second.)

Actually he was both. Born in the USA and moved to Canada when he was 13. Great voice and a great sense of humor. May he rest in peace.

Brenda and I saw him perform in South Pacific a few years ago.. He still sang beautifully, the only thing I found negative about him was the black hair....he should have let it go grey instead of dying it. His skin tone was too fair for black hair. I will miss him just the same.

He was one of my favorites. I don't have very many

Such a unique, wonderful, full, baritone voice.
It was a voice that was instantly recognizable as 'his'.
I will miss it, and his wonderful down-to earth personality.
