Okay I admit that there is almost nothing better than skiing in fresh powder on a blue bird sky day, warm wind in the hair, tunes in the ear, bottle of JD in pocket, sunglasses on, getting sunburned......cruising into the condo for Baileys & Hot Chocolate...Hitting the pubs..passing out in a snowbank.... 
Well....unless you are in Playa on a beach of course.....
