Personally, I like starting the "holiday season" decorations, music, etc on the US Thanksgiving weekend. That's the time all the trees and such pop up on talkshow sets and daytime soaps and it just starts to feel like Christmas at about that time, at least to me! We already had our Thanksgiving 3 weeks ago! |

Good news from Milwaukee, one of the 2 stations that went all Christmas yesterday switched back after only 3 hours, succombing to overwhelming negative audience feedback.
Bad news, it is the "Oldies" station, and they were playing "Call Me" by Blondie when we got in the car. If that's an oldie, WTF am I?!

There was an artificial christmas tree up in the foodcourt in my office building today. It was weird...no other christmas decorations, no christmas music, nothing indicating that it is one of the charity giving trees.
But I was still disgusted nonetheless. |
