I know.....it's probably a very confusing time for him Poor guy. What's with the whole unraveling of our team anyway after a marginally decent start?

It was 38-0 halfway through the third quarter this past weekend, you think the Pats maybe had the game in the bag?

Belichick is a genius, no doubt about that, but he's a classless genius.

If someone starts to retaliate against the Pats for running up the score EVERY week, no one will be surprised.

Karma is a bitch- Belicheck keeps this up and he's got a big dose of bad karma coming his way

My name (really isn't) Earl. Go Pack , beat the Pats in another Super Bowl. Brett did it to you a decade ago, he can do it again

Is there some unwritten rule that a team should only beat its opponent by so many points and then just sit on their hands for the rest of the game??? I'm hearing some VERY sour grapes, me thinks.

Yes, it is an unwritten rule. Look at it from the other side of the coin; when the situation changes do you want your now superior opponent to remember that you beat them 52-7?

It's an unwritten rule in the NFL Karen. If your destroying a team....you don't lob the ball downfield.....go for it on 4th down...stuff like that. It's just a lack of class thing. My team did it about 4 years ago.... The Rams were whoopin on the Jets.....scored another TD...then did an onside Kick. It was classless, and I as a fan was a lil embarased.

I could care less about the Pats, I have no grudge against them, in fact I am a New England resident so I even root for them from time to time. But there's no excuse for no class and no respect and that's what Belicheck shows every time he has Brady throwing for the end zone late in the game with a 42-0 lead.

I hate it when the score is run up in college football- but at least they have a good excuse- the BCS standings are in part based on the margin of win. That doesn't apply in the NFL, so what's Belicheck's reasoning?

As much as I despised the Cowpokes growing up in the 70's......I have always respected Landry and Staubach.
