People who talk on cell phone, eat or text while driving. Saw a person talking on cell with one hand and putting on make up with the other today, then she seemed pissed that I honked at her because she could not stay in her lane.

I agree....but I'll actually find any tiny little loophole in how/where they could be wrong and run with it. And then walk away. Which usually leads to them following me still blathering on and on......it's irritating but can be funny to see some sputtering on and on and virtually foaming at the mouth
