Playa Palms beach webcam discussion - Page 49

We been watching this thread, enjoying the pictures while fighting with our winter weather. Well, last night, I took another look and then decided to go move the 8" of snow that fell on us the night before.

Fired up the snowblower and sent to work. We have a 3 bay garage and it takes some time clearing the snow from the driveway. I was just completing the sideway and the cable that engages the tracks broke. Unrepairable.

I had to order new cable and it won't be here for a week or two.

Just in time to leave!!!!!!!!!!

Kids, here are the snow shovels.

On 1st Ave., almost next to Coco Maya/Blue Parrot - walk down 12th Ave to 1st.

thanks shammy, thought it was further north, didn't the webcam used to me near Mamitas?

It used to be past Mamitas. Now it is at the Playa Palms.

Is that a 4 masted schooner in the background, upper left? Never seen one in playa before. Whatever it is, it looks big.

I just got back. Took a long walk down to the AI's in playacar. Checked out the beach in front of the RIU Palace Mexico and it is HUGE!!!!! Totally flat and the biggest I have seen it in years

i have the cam on while sitting here playing poker. it helps me from playing too many hands,.

this couple were hanging back at first....i think they wanted to wave but felt conspicuous. (i may be projecting
