Concern about what I saw on the webcam

This morning I checked out the webcam and I saw 3, what looked like military guys, walking down the beach with guns. It looked as though they had on uniforms but definately carrying guns. My concern is...is this a normal occurance? I've seen that in Punta Cana before but not in Playa.

Yes it happens... nothing to be concerned about. I think mostly they're just practicing.
