A Good question..I also have been wondering if there are opportunities in Playa to give the gift of time... We usually have vacationed in Puerto Vallarta.. There I had the opportunity to volunteer at the The Refugio..Children's shelter of hope. Visitors are encouraged to visit... During visitors hours one can give time... Help in the Kitchen ..Do laundry..Play with the children Give baths and help feed the babies and toddlers.. I took home with me more than I ever gave.. If we would have gone to PV this year I had planned on joining a group and visiting the children of the dump.. (Yes families live at the dump) One can help with meals etc. Bar Girl your daughter is learning at a young age what it is like to give back.. Best Wishes to you..

Thanks, everyone! Especially for the legal advice. Wow, that would be very uncool to have her go back to school with hours served in jail! LOL sort of.
We will definitely come do "puppy time!" My daughter and I looked through the photos on the Peanut Pet thread and fell in love with all the cute doggies. See you there!
