Non all-inclusive resorts

I have stayed at several beach front resorts on the Pacific side of Mexico that were not all inclusive. This is my first time to the East side and was wondering if there are any resorts on the ocean in PDC that are NOT all-inclusive. I like the pampering of the resorts but am simply not interested in the food / beverage of the all-inclusives.
