Well, I have been reading on a Coz message board some troubling news. There is going to be some election on either Feb 2 or 3, the package liquor stores there stop selling on Friday at closing time, and don't start back up until Monday. What's up with that? Is this in effect in PDC? Cancun? We arrive on 2/2, in time for the SuperBowl on Sunday, and what apparently will be a "dry" Carnival/Mardi Gras, Fat Tuesday is the 5th.....can anyone here confirm this sort of thing? What is the election for? Please confirm or deny if you are in the know! Thanks!
