Digital Photo Frames?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with using digital photo frames? Here's what I'm looking for: We (my brother and sister and I - all living in different areas) would like to get one of these frames for our father. We are looking at one that connects to a server via a phone line that the frame plugs into. We would then upload photos to the server and then it automatically downloads the photos to our dad's frame. I have looked a little bit at some of them; Ceiva and Kodak Picture Frame, but wondering if anyone has any experience with this type of product? I know they have ones with removable media, but in this case that really isn't an option. Well, I guess we could send him a card once in awhile, but that not as nice an option as via a telephone line.
