I booked my first real airplane ticket the other day....
well it wasn't for me, but for my bro, $178 on Southwest rt from IAD-MDW. So I'm thinking..... how bout looking for prices from IAH-CUN in March and be a real passenger for once......$478 rt ....I'll stick to taking my chances flying stand-by.....

I paid $350 taxes in last April, Easter no less. This year, it's $675 for April and no where near Easter. Oh, and they pulled their planes out of Newark for all of low season (Apr-Dec) so I'd have to go out of Philly anyway. Bunch of freaks!

While Charlotte's not very close to the OB, I found a Delta from CLT to CUN, with a stop in ATL, for $320. 6/6 through 6/15. Found it about 6 weeks ago and was $200 cheaper than any other offers. It's the lowest I have gotten in 3-4 years.

I'm thinking we're going out of Columbus via Houston on Mondays to avoid the craziness. We may actually meet this March AL. |
