Best Family Resort w/out Smokers!

We/ve traveled to 10 caribbeean islands & Bermuda and have rearly seen anyone smoke, almost never any islanders, occasionally someone on the beach and less frequently someone in a lunchtime restaurant, never in a dinner restaurant...I've heard there're lots of smoking tourists, mainly Europeans, in Playa. Where can I find a deluxe family resort in or near Playa where we won't be plagued with unhealthy, annoying cigarette smoke?? especially around pool and in restaurants- I certainly don't want to pay good money for a vacation and have my health adversely affected breathing stinky headache producing air! :cry:

Sorry to say...but you better go back to the islands then. A lot of smokers in PDC.
