June 26th-29th... anyone else???

My husband and I will be in PDC for first time the 26th-29th. Have been to Carribean other times but never Playa. We're down there with 2 other couples but they are kind of "lightweights" in terms of the partying. Since we're there such a short time we'll be making the most of it!!! Also, with school now out will there be alot more families (American) than usual? I am hoping PDC is more like Isla Mujeres in terms of accepting toplessness, which I will be. Any other couples there at that time who don't fall into the "lightweight" category, let us know...

Hello RAC, we will be down there at that time as well. It will just be my wife and I, it is our 5th time to Playa. Glad to know you are o.k. with the topless thing, my wife really enjoys the fact that Playa is more European and therefore more open to nudity as opposed to say Cancun which is so Americanized. She will be topless and will be easily recognized (in a good way, of course). We also are there for a good time, so maybe we can all meet up!!!

Where are you two staying?? We are definetely not lightweights, as we go AI for that reason alone we think. To much booze and not enough time. My wife will also be going topless, darn! We will be at the Iberostar Pariso Del Mar starting tomorrow and in full party mode by the time you two get in to town.

My wife and I are heading to Playa on Monday afternoon for the first time. Like the rest of you in this thread, the term lightweight isn't in our lexicon! We visited Cancun three years ago and heard from a friend of the laid back attitude of Playa and can't wait. We will be staying at the Riu Tequila.

Let the party mode begin!
