way into it
|
Since this thread has not been closed yet, I am going to pipe in one more time. I was over at Luna Blue's website and saw their posting of this issue. I can see why you chose to paraphrase their PM's, rather than posting the entire thing. As I brought up in an earlier post, this was something that was talked about by a playa.info member, not T&C. Yes, they set up a tour, but at the request of a guest. It was also not promoted by Luna Blue, as near as I can tell, ever on playa.info. I appreciate the business side of this website, as I used it to book my hotel room for our upcoming trip. I just have to agree with T&C and say that this is not a Playa.info tour and should not be looked at that way.

Personally,i don't feel obligated to book tours thru this site. It's a free market, but i do see the advertising. And i don't do tours,i rent a car and do what i want.

You can agree with the Luna Blue. I think it's quite obvious that the idea for the tour started on our site, but that isn't the point. What no one can possibly agree with is the jump from what I sent them to then sending a mass-mail lie. The inaccuracies and are self-evident. That is the point. There are no behind-the-scenes demands for anything here, and everyone has seen exactly what we wrote to them. Of course we put them into a reduced-rights usergroup, as yet another drama was unfolding with them, and that apparently set them off to lash out with their email campaign. |
