Back home and wishing I was still in Playa!

I'm back home this afternoon and had another wonderful, whirlwind weekend in Playa. Highlights were lunch at Gringo Dave's in Tulum, dinner at Pancho's/Frida bar, snorkeling at Chankanaab, and meeting many more terrific people from this forum. I only wish I'd have had more time.

Over 48 hours have past since you've been home and still no trip report or photos. :-?

I venture to say that "I had another wonderful, whirlwind weekend" disqualifies you from sympathy in my book! :wink:

We're still in withdrawal from our trip in April, trying to figure out when we can afford to get back. :o You must get great deals from Dallas.

Any info on how to get similar great deals from the NYC area?

You're right Denise, I'm still not recovered yet! Working around the clock... and still exhausted from the trip! :P I haven't even downloaded my pics from my digital camera yet.

Trip report soon, I promise. And you're gonna want to hear about Gringo Dave's. It's my new favorite place!

MWC, I'm not sure about deals from NYC, but yes, I get great ones from Dallas. Check out www.worryfreevacations.com and see if they have any charters that leave close to you. That's what I almost always fly on.

Becky - it was great meeting you/hubby/friends. Sorry we couldn't talk longer. Playa del Carmen is the best vacation. I'm at work now, so will work on my trip report soon
