Fur coats gross me out. When we were kids we used to lay with my Grannys furs & pretend we were bears.

Oh the day she caught us....

Lets just say the wooden spoon broke o'er my arse....

i just inherited a very stylish mink

i feel 'funny' wearing fur

but i think on new years eve

when i wear a little 'party' dress

it will be a must have accessory

now if i only had someone special to kiss at midnite!

I did inherit a little white mink coat. I am thinking of making it into pillow covers....after all the darn mink did die a hundred years ago....of natural casuses I am sure....

Sorry Anna, I love my leather boots and coats !!!

But I did not get a leather sofa and I do not have leather car seats !!!
So that should count for something.

What about wool ??? Does it hurt the sheep ???

I do not have a fur coat, would not buy or wear one. BUT, I do think it's a different story when it comes to vintage. These are relics from another era, when smoking and drinking were good for you. Can you imagine someone throwing red paint on Joan Crawford or Lana Turner on the Academy Award's red carpet?

These coats already exist and represent a different time.
