Yep...remember that dogs' names should end with a vowel. You can't really holler a consonant.

Or, "er". One of my past bosses had a cat named "Cooter". I guess that one would work.

While watching one of our daughter's soccer games a few years ago, she got kicked by a high kick. If she were our son, we would of thought he got kicked in the balls, but since she is our daughter she told us after the game that the girl kicked her in the "cooter."
Don't know if this slang is specific to Colorado, but in case it's not, might not be the best name for a male dog.

Yes, you hang on the "EEER"... we have a "BUSTEEEEEER" and a "SNICKEEEEEERS" and a "FRECKEEEEEEELES" (had to stick the E in there for the EL sound)... but they are all yellable... frequently...

Hmmm... Maybe that is why Spirit and Freud don't respond. Of course Spirit is mostly deaf and Freud (avatar), lets just say he's "stub born"

You're right; as they are running off, one looks to the other and says, "who the hell is Froy?"

It's gonna be Mojito and Muchacho, thanks for all the ideas! We went and saw them today and should bring them home around the end of January.
On the left is Muchacho, on the right is Mojito.
