Merry Christmas everyone! Pat & I are done opening presents, soon it's off to my Mom's to open with her, then off to daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter's to open with them. We'll spend tonight there and come home tommorrow.

Good morning, Erica. Merry Christmas!

I, too, am sipping on coffee. Listening to the Mexican parishioners at the church across the street having a little Christmas Day procession. Happy trumpets and drums, lovely singing....

That sounds wonderful! Merry Christmas to you as well. Our neighbors have Christmas music going as well. Yes, the walls are thin.

Our walls our quite thick -- this is an old pre-war building. But the apartment gets too hot (those old radiators with the steam heat) so I have the window open wide!

Well, you have the best of both worlds then........heat from the 'ol radiator and fresh air....plus cheery music.

Merry Merry Christmas, y'all!
StewartG and I put the kids to bed last night at 9...then we got into bed and waited about 1 and a half hours....we went to the play room to try and put the Santa gifts out, but our son had not gone to sleep yet...we were almost caught!
So we went back to our room and decided to set the alarm for 3 and do it then...however, at about 12 we heard a crash in the family room...Stew went to investigate....Iain was checking his stocking and knocked over an ornament! We told him (again) that Santa would NOT come unless he was asleep and in his room!
Luckily....he FINALLY fell asleep! His sister (Adrienne) slept through the WHOLE thing....we had to wake her up at 7!!!! Iain will REALLY need a nap later....don't think he slept more than 3 hours...toooooo excited!
I LOVE Christmas!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone. Finished up with the cooking and getting ready to go over the river and thru the woods to Grandma's house.
I can't believe what a nice day it is here in Indy. Temps going to be in the 40's and bright sunshine.

I cannot wait for out trip.
