It's ben snowing here since 9 this morning. I would say we have over 6 inches already. It is really pretty, but................
It's going to be a bear tomorrow to shovel. Luckily, we have a snow blower! ![]() Glad we went to Chi town yesterday, wouldn't have made it today. |

The young man that cleaned off my rental car was worried about me driving downtown in it, I told him not to worry I was from Ohio. The entire city was closed up, I was lucky to find somewhere to eat, I ended up at eatzZis for a great Ceasar salad and a six pack of Shiner. I remember they did'nt have salt to put on the road, it was sand. Just lots of rain here in southern Ohio today. |

Because the "later" comes much later - like April!! Not much can melt here with no sun and 38+ inches of snow just in December. Not to mention the fact that 32 degrees is considered a WARM day here ! |

We bought our house in '85. First winter our friend visited from California and we got an 10 incher. Took me three trips to the driveway to get it done while Chris and Gail were baking cookies. Told them I'm buying a blower and they couldn't understand what the problem was
. Anyway, just blew the driveway with the 8 hp Ariends I bought 22 years ago after another 6 in 15 minutes. Want it to start first time out? Try draining the gas in the spring and keeping a new spark plug around.Good news, I get to go out XC skiing in the woods tomorrow on fresh trails. Not Playa but I'll take it. |

To the peeps living in the southeastern Boston, Massachusetts area: Please be advised that as soon as I purchase my first snowblower (probably sometime during January), it will snow a grand total of 2.5" in February, 3.25" in March, and .5" in April 2008. Feel free to thank me in advance for the upcoming lack of snowfall.
(I've had quite enough of shoveling my 4-car driveway, walkway, and path through the yard around to the back of the house for my trash barrel, thank you, and I don't care HOW much I have to pay for a snowblower!!! According to the weatherman, all we need is 1.1" of snow from this Sunday's night's storm to break records for December snowfall. Isn't that special??!! )
