I get 5 weeks and 1 day vacation. Plus if we volunteer to work holidays, we get an extra day for every holiday we work. I've already volunteered for NY Day, Martin L King Day, and President's Day. And I'll probably volunteer for Columbus Day and Veteran's Day later in the year.

So I'm looking at over 6 weeks paid vacation in 2008 ! WOO !!!

There are always those favored repeat trips to think about...you know, the ones with horseys and such....must think about the children you know....

Just got back from the last trip of 2007 to the Oregon Coast.

2008...not sure.

For sure the Oregon Country Fair with peeps like the W's, Sol, jx2 and jsotherj. This could become the premier peep gathering in the Pacific Northwest.

There will be at least one trip to the Midwest to see aging parents, and quite possibly a second one due to aging parent health issues.

Because of that, we're not planning on anything definite at this time - but there has been talk of a trip to Southern California and Idaho and Kelowna/BC all to see peeps of interest (POI, not to be confused with PUI, but we might PUI with POI).

Tentatively planning a trip to Mexico sometime in 2008. Oh, our 30th anniversary is in 2008. Reckon we oughta plan something for that?

We are going to Playa in May for 2.5 weeks........Probably to the US (Wyoming or Utah) for the summer, Disneyland in Fall, Playa again for Christmas. Also have to fit in Van island & The Oregon Coast!
Nick is going to Russia for 3 months!
