O.K., I have been searching and I cannot find the answer...is there a function to search for certain Peeps ?

You can enter the name in the search function and look for their posts. Once you found one you can click on the name and you are in the profile, if that's what you are looking for... maybe there is an easier way but this is the only one I know.
