Any Golfers out there!

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if there is any golfers out there that want to golf the week of Jan16th-23rd.
Staying at RPD and want to try the new Mayakoba golf course.

I love to golf, not really good at it though.

But not enough to drag my clubs to Playa and pay the crazy green fees!

When we were in Playa at the end of Nov. we checked out the Playacar Golf course ..
The fees at that time were $160.00 per person American if you golfed in the morning...This included a caddie lunch snack drinks and use of pool..
The fees came down a bit ($130.00) if you golfed in the afternoon after 2pm..
and if you didn't have your own balls and clubs you paid more..

My husband is a good golfer so it just was not worth the money for him to pay the high fees...
I can understand Me getting charged that much ....They would need to use every bit of my fees to repair their course after I chopped it up......

I played the Playacar course a few years ago and at the Iberostar course (four rounds last year). At the Iberostar you can replay a round (same day) for an additional $30.00 US which kind of offsets the high green fees. It does make for a long day but with a few well placed tips the beverage cart will practically follow you around.

You may want to see if they offer something similar at the Mayacoba.
