Hola from Oregon!

Hi everyone, my name is Robert. I will be taking my first trip to PDC from Feb 14th to the 21st. I am traveling solo so it would be really nice to meet up with people from this forum while I am there. I am actively reading this forum and the rest of the playa.info pages so thanks again for this great service.

I had originally booked this trip back in October with one of my oldest friends, but he bailed on me this weekend saying he couldn't afford to go! If I can't find somebody to take his place, I'll be travelling solo, too (which is okay by me) but it looks like we'll just miss each other with you departing 2/21 and my arrival on 2/22...all I can ask is that you leave a few of the single women in town for those of us coming to PDC after you!

Welcome to the forum,you will have no trouble meeting peeps in Playa they seem to be everywhere....Have a great vacation.

Plant yer butt at the Beer Bucket or La Rana and you won't be alone for long.
Lots of friendly people, cold beer, good tequila and wonderful food in Playa.

I don't know who all is going to be there at that time but I keep seeing threads so I imagine there are a few of you. Check the Peep Stuff forum and see if anyone has a 'meet up' scheduled. If not..you can certainly start your own.

I don't care about the women

...just leave me some beer and tequila...and pizza pazza...and dr taco....and cafe corazon coffee...................

I don't care about the coffee (and yes I am a native NWer - Starbucks and all), but I will have to armwrestle you for the rest. Looking forward to seeing some friendly people and enjoying the sun!

Like KellyK said, Beer Bucket is a great place to find a peep. Also, PM
Nerak936 and see if she still sells Playa Peep Necklaces. Then you will be found for sure!

Hey - I have been to PDC several times.. but never in January.. I arrive this Friday the 11th and will be there till the 18th.... how is the weather.. i keep checking National and Local Weather Forecast, Radar, Map and Report and it says SHOWERS and 60 % rain... maybe i am panicking... i dunno,,, but I am kinda nervous ?? Is all good down there... im from oregon and its freaking snowing up a storm... I am ready for some sunshine !!! Let me know please - shawnquall@hotmail.com
