I stayed there last August when I did a solo to Playa for Wimmin's Week. I shared Room 14 at the Alhambra with kathy.web - 3rd floor ocean front. I booked the same room for David and me for May.

The room is the one on the right - directly under the "AMBRA"

Hey all,
New to the forum here... my wife and I will be in PDC May 8th -18th staying at the Royal. Would love to do the Peep meet on the 10th, beach day the 11th, Catamaya on the 12th.... and the Bar crawl the 13th.

Sounds like a blast... can't wait!

there may be a fishing trip on the 16Th...melissa was working on that ...and welcome! we are there from the13-22..hope to meet you at the bar crawl!

welcome to the forum. we would love to see y'all at the peep meet on the 10th. the van for the 11th to Paraiso beach is full, but if we have enough people we can rent another van. if not, you are more then welcome to take the bus over and meet us. there is a possibility that there may be room, but i need to check with someone on that. i'll get back with you through a PM. the Catamaya on the 12th still has plenty of room. guess i'd better get to planning that bar crawl on the evening of the 13th. i fly out the next day, so i think the day of the 13th...i better get some serious sleep so that i can take you all around and not be dead tired the next day to catch my flight!!!

Open water max is 60, I believe.

Cenote is great, but make sure you have REALLY good buoyancy control!!!

i think my buoyancy is ok, though i can practice a bit beforehand. been talking to Paulo today and he said he could hook us up with some diving. he's such a fabulous guy/diver.
