I'll probably wait a bit to see how the chartered flights prices are close to May, but I can always fly Sun Country if need be. I'm a member of their VIP Club which allows a $294.00 roundtrip ticket (taxes included) out of Dallas. Any amount of days and (3, 4, 7, 10, etc.) no black outs and you can actually book the day before the flight if need be, now granted that is if they have seats available. Great last resort option out of Dallas!

i'm a member of s.c. vip too. think they've changed the name of it though now. that is who we will be using to get there and back. other charters don't usually do 8 night specials.

I may just book the flight a couple of days in advance, depending on how much is going on at the office...

see if you can be in playa at least the 13th, 14th, and 15th. that is when the majority of all folks will all be there. that is when i am trying to plan these events around.

Hmmm..since I am there in February...this is in May...that means we wouldn't be going more than once a quarter, right?
Then again, there is the Toobin Regatta to consider in that quarter....hmmmm....

Darn why is my Mom going home on the 11th....must ask her to reconsider staying longer than a week! Oh well we will try to make it to something! I think we have a sitter lined up for a couple evenings!
