Looking for cheap (<$500) monthly rental in Playa

Hey all,
I'll be in Playa all of February, arriving Jan. 30th and I'm looking for a cheap place to rest my head. Wifi and furnished would be preferred, but neither is a requirement. I probably don't need A/C this time of year, but I need something with a refrigerator and kitchenette.

If anyone knows of anything, please let me know. Also, any suggestions on securing my laptop in my place?
