Here are some pictures of unit # 10 at the Royal Palms Condos, It has a walk out terrace with Jacuzzi (and yes that is me in the cuzzi). These were taken in the Fall of 2006.

Great pic's....
Well a few questions for those that have stayed there...Transportation to an from airport, with who?
Departure taxes, how much ?
Is nearby construction going to be an issue?
Do all the roof units have loungers?..I saw 2 in the pic's of #10..

we always book our airport transfers through the royal palms. I have a ton of pictures, too bad I don't know how to post pictures through snapfish!

Has anyone stayed in loft #1 or #3 trying to decide between the two, is one farther away from construction than the other. What about #9 is it better to be on the 1st floor vs. a suite on the second. Thanks for the help.

Loft 1 is a VERY nice unit. It does however have a kitchen window and bedroom patio door that face directly onto Calle 28, so if there is construction going on across the street it will be right there. Loft 3 is an interior unit so should be quieter. We prefer the ground floor units and usually stay in Lofts 1 or 5.

So what is the status on construction here? I am thinking of Loft 1 for early December.

How would Unit 8 (2 BR 2 bath, second floor) get access to their jacuzzi....do they share it with a penthouse one? I found one pic and seemed like it was just a jacuzzi tub and a chair or two, no loungers, nothing. Does unit 8 have their own private separate jacuzzi then, or what?
