Don't feel bad! We hit a lot of turbulence last year and then had a crappy landing. My 34 year old BOYfriend was in a panic and about ripped the seat out in front of him from clenching it so hard. We laughed the entire time!
He doesn't fly especially well (I think he mentioned something about being afraid of heights!
)
