What are the details of the Beach Club? I'm looking to do snorkeling and I saw the club listed on my MapChick map of the area.

Maroma Beach Club seems to be a tour magnet

The most amazing (IMHO) snorkeling is just north of Akumal in Yal Ku lagoon. Beautiful, bountiful fish. Well worth the 20, or so, minute drive south. Enter Akumal and go north (just follow the road).

I went to Yal Ku for the first time last week and it is a gorgeous snorkeling lagoon. There is also a nice lagoon for snorkeling in Puerto Adventuras but you need a four wheel drive vehicle to access it (and knowledge how to get to it).
