Wanna Change...

This will prolly casue some laughs, but how do I change the name under my DnJ ID? Not by choice it was sandflea, now it'schanged to lostonfifth?

The titles are automatic, and tied to how many posts you have made.

I could be wrong, but I think it is tied to the number of posts. On another forum I am on post 1-20 your a 'new' member then 21-50 your a Jr. Menmber and so on. but I am new and thats just one possible reason...so keep posting and see what happens

For some of us, it can also be tied to debate positions in former threads.

And undeserved, in my case, if I may say so yet again- I love the Brits!

Yes, the more you post, the more your title will change... once you hit 1000, you're Anejo forever... unless, like Rissask, you continually defile a nation and get a specialty title...

Ya, I also wondered about that. I didn't like the sand flea thing either! I snooped around on my profile page to see if I could change it any where, but couldn't find where. Then I noticed after making a couple of posted that it had changed itself. So I'm thinking that the system applies these names......James did it?????

yes, James made up the names... creative dude, isn't he?? (plus, he drinks a lot of beer

you get a name change at 10 posts, then 30, then... uh... something... I'm bad with details... somewhere someone posted the actual, full list of names and post counts... I'll see if I can dig it up...

okay, I found this, posted by Luv2Dance... she thought the order was:
Toe in Water
Into Ruins
Ruined
Way into It
Beachaholic
Life=Playa
Reposado
Anejo

but still no definitive answer on # of posts to reach each level... I'd say you just keep posting and let us know as you reach each one

I think the 'anejo' is assigned at 5,000.

And SKM, at least 2 names are missing:
'lost on 5th'
'Very sparkly'

that list must have been to answer someone asking what came after whatever level they were at...
