We'll have cooler with us that can hold about 12 cans of beer- maybe if a couple of other people have coolers we'll be set We're probably the only dumba$$'s that bring a cooler on vacation, though but we're happy to share if it helps.....

alrighty. often they have one in the back anyway. i know our driver last year had one - that's why i suggested it.
If not, i'm sure we can all pitch in a couple bucks.
I have a collapsable, soft-sided one, but it's not very large.

last year for Peep Fest 2007, we hired a van/driver through Playa.info. we had a cooler too in the van, but i can't seem to remember if the driver had it with him or we stopped to pick it up along the way.

must have been the 15 shots of tequila i did the day before. ugh!!! i've got to not overdo it the first day i come into town. it was right before lunch before i could handle a beer!!

on that trip, i flew into CUN first class. started off with plenty of screwdrivers. as soon as i got into Playa, i ran into playa.info peeps within less then 5 minutes. started drinking margaritas and tequila shots by noon. by the end of the day, i had lost count on 15 tequila shots. thank goodness for my playa.info peeps (thanks Traci...i miss you!!) to carry my arse back to Posada Freud and put me to bed. everyone was shocked to see my face up at 8 a.m. ready to go to Zamas for breakfast in Tulum and then to lay out at beautiful Paraiso beach!! can't let tequila keep ya down though!!!

When I turned 40 my 'bounce back' from a night like that takes TWO DAYS ! Getting old sucks.

that trip was 6 months before i turned 40, so i guess i didn't need the "bounce" back time. lol!!! the next two mornings i was at the gym working out with CaroleLB. you could smell the tequila and vodka sweating outta our pores. on the third morning...we said screw the dang gym!!!
