a change of heart has occurred.

Any chance you could add Nerak(Karen) and Gasman(David) to the van reservation list???

Are we full up yet for the two vans? or do we need to recruit a few more peeps?

I know that the vans/drivers aren't doing this for free just cuz we're such fabulous people.... I would imagine that you've either already had to pay a deposit, or maybe even all of it already?

I hate to be the one that throws the questions out here - (it's an ugly job, but someone's gotta do it ) - how much do we owe? is there a deposit? how will be the best way for us to pay?

we have room for 14 peeps in each van. i know of one that hasn't signed up, but i know is going...so we are at 22 peeps now. room for 6 more.

i've paid already for the one van ($168). just sent Heather an email for her to send me the payment link for the second van.

the charge is $12 per person if there are 14 peeps in each van. even if the vans aren't completely full, i'll still only charge everyone $12. everyone can just pay me at Java Joe's before we take off.

you are most welcome!!! this is going to be a great day at Paraiso!!!

Karen, you are most welcome. i enjoying doing these kinds of things.... i know you've done a LOT of the previous peep get together/functions.

you are right. tips not included in the $12.

doesn't matter either way if payment is in pesos or usd!!! whichever you prefer!!!

I wish you wouldn't say that... although I appreciate your offer, it's just not right for you to have to pick up any slack or pay more than everyone else. It's kinda like going to happy hour with a bunch of people, and everyone doesn't pitch in enough to cover their tab. I've been one of those ones before that ends up "making up the difference" - and I didn't like it!
