Bathroom in the Riu Yucatan

hiya was going to stay at the Riu Yucatan and was woundering if any one could tell me if there is a bath in the room or is it just a shower. thanks

I assume u might find them in the Palace or email them to see if they have anything u can upgrade to that would have a bathtub. Good Luck

I don't think so; not many people want to have hot baths given Playa's climate.

Besides, showering maximises fun time... wholesome fun, that is.

If I am not completely mistaken- it is seven years ago after all- my room at the RIU Tequila had a tub. It was a normal room- nothing special.

I have stayed at the RIU Tequila 10 times and always had a shower, stayed at the Yucatan 3 times and always a shower. No tubs in any of the rooms I have stayed in. Maybe I always get the wrong rooms?

The only tubs are at either one of the Riu Palace properties. The rest have showers!

We've stayed at the Tequila for 6 years and I am pretty sure they all have showers only.

Riu's website says that suites at the Yucatan have a bathtub. The regular rooms only have showers.
