Quick Question for a newbie again

I am looking into Mexico somewhere, but want the blue/green oceans...Going in April leaving from toronto...Any ideas of last minute prices or does it not seem to lower in Mexico...We have been to Cuba and Dominican.Would loveto be around 1000 if this is do able, as I know we have before, but other areas only..Thanks again all.

$1,000/pp for a week can be done, but not easily, and only at a "budget friendly" resort - unless you come across something on sale.

I know in the past this is how we did it with specials. Wondering if you could suggest somthing with the following...Nice beach,maybe a swim-up bar and some tyoe of entertainment as well as a few bars. I guess price may be more,but we will work with that..We are adults in early 40s and 3 kids from 10,12,14..Thanks ahead...Any other ifno you could think of would be great.........................

I would suggest you look at a last minute. I know there are always great deals leaving Toronto. You may want to try Itravel2000 or Belairtravel, they have great deals.
