Yeah. No kidding. Well, at least they booked an unnecessary vacation to a great place. Actually, I think most folks are auctioning remotely with a power of attorney here in MX.

Yes. They unloaded only 8 units.

I don't think this is an "auction market". I have a meeting with them tomorrow to discuss strategies for moving forward with their projects. Anyone want a cheap condo?

Roughly, $225K for a 2 bedroom unit to $375K for a three bedroom penthouse.
