How to Unsubscribe from Thread

How do you unsubscribe to a thread? I went to my settings and see where I can stop subscribing but don't see how to unsubscribe once they've started. I know it's got to be simple and I'm just not seeing it.

My email is being flooded! HELP! Please

User CP --> List Subscriptions

Scroll down to the bottom, click on the drop down menu and choose your preferences.

Go to your user profile (User CP in the bar). There you find a link to 'list subscriptions'. Click on it and you should be able to change it there.

Or..go to QuickLinks- Options_ Default thread subscription mode and turn off ALL email notifications!
