New Pueblo Sacbe lot owner!

I have recently bought a lot in Pueblo Sacbe and am very excited with the project. Any advise as how to start the process of building? How and where do you find the right people to manage this?
I understand that it is advisable to drill for the possibility of a cenote underneath or unstable ground? who does that?
Pueblo Sacbe is such a magical place and I am looking forward to many years building a new life. Thank you for any advice that you can give!

Hi Neli, welcome to our community! Which lot did you buy? There are many ways to answer your "start the process" questions, depending on the scope of your goals. I really recommend visiting with a wide range of the people here who have been down that path. I assure you that there is a wealth of opinions and approaches to building, since SacBe attracts such diverse and creative characters. When you are in the area, be sure to contact me or any of the other owners in this forum and we can introduce you to your new neighbors. I hope to see you soon!

As you probably already know I bought Fernanda's lot and would love some guidance as how to start. Any advice or ideas?

Ok, mystery solved. And my previous post still applies. As for my own version of building opinions, there are two approaches . . .
Bribe me with Babe's Mojitos or cut a deal with me to build a home using the model, team, and tooling I am starting on my own lot this month.

Thanks Doris....the lot is right beside Ted's (sorry,i don't remember the number).
I was hoping to be there now but work keeps me in snowy Toronto! I will be aiming for May now as well! I am sure we will meet as we are now neighbours!
