I think it is time for an official "hola"!
Lost on Fifth? Who comes up with this stuff?
![]() I've posted, but thought it was time for an introduction. The hubs and I are from Austin, TX and just booked our second trip to Playa. We went for the first time last year on a whim (my whim-- and dragged him along). As part of my whim we stayed at the Mayakoba and it was... expensive. After rolling around in so much cushiness we decided this much lux was... boring. This time we are taking a bit of a different approach and staying downtown at the Kinbe, with the first night at Mayaland on Chichen Itza. Always open to suggestions, and the right direction! |

Funny you say that, Monte... I'm origionally from Dallas! But I'm recovering!
Yeah, the Mayakoba was nice, but so boring! Plus, cha-ching. I get the joke so no big deal, but I cannot go back there. I moved to Austin from another city a few years ago. Dallas is "interesting" to visit, but I like to come back home to Austin-- and to chill in Playa! Last edited by ritterbride; 02-19-2008 at 09:32 PM. |
