So how far south are you going? We've been going to Playa for 9 years now. It seems the biggest changes have happened in the last 4 years.

7 years ago when we stayed at the Rivera del Sol on the corner of Mamitas beach road there was nothing but brush from 1st Ave to the beach, and the paved road stopped 1 block to the North.

and when i moved in on 14th between fifth and tenth i lived in the jungle and fifth was a dirt road
yeah, sure, the main changes came in the last four years

How long ago was that? I know there was changes every year but it seems the expansion has increased more north in the last three years.
