Started doing cardio and lifting weights. - July of 2004 I was 160 and continued cardio and lifting weights, but changed my weight lifting pattern. -July of 2005 I was 170-ish. -September of 2006 I was 180-ish. -Now I'm about 210. Still lifting. still doing cardio. But drinking beer and eating more crap. |

I feel fortunate
A mini-vacation this week, but I came out this morning with no gain - still 206.5- and it was higher than that the morning after we returned. Kathy gained some on vacation, lost some of it after we returned, and it up 2 pounds over last week. No biggie, but she said to me "You sucker. Go get me some coffee, sucker"

After almost 3 weeks of not doing my morning walk (see the exercise and diet thread for details
bad. This morning I weighed in at 134.6.Back to my normal walking and eating routine next Monday!

This morning's results
After an anniversary week of staying the same for me and a 2 pound gain for Kathy, this mornings results are: I weigh 204 - down 2.5 from a week ago and at a new low. Kathy weighted 163.5 down 1.5 from a week ago. |

![]() Kathy weighed 163.5 down 1.5 from a week ago. ![]() I weighed in at 134.0 this morning. Went out for some YUMMY tapas for dinner last night. Am I EVER going to break the 130 barrier without starving myself? |
